Jaime's Arrival

Your character, Jaime of House Lancaster, is a former knight of a kingdom. You remember your kingdom being destroyed by a dwarven army, and fighting back with your last breath. You refused to yield or surrender, maintaining your strong honor rather than back down in the middle of a fight; you were brought to your knees, when at the very last moment, you saw a hand reach down to you.

You remember being enveloped in red mist, waking up in a new location, far from your kingdom. You don't remember how or why you got there, and have no news on the status of your kingdom, though you know deep down in your heart it was destroyed. You changed your name, and seek to take vengeance on those who wronged you, leading you to hold a grudge against all dwarves for what they have done to you.

By the day, you remember less and less about your former life, forgetting even your name. You wish to know what that red mist you saw was, and why you were saved when you were about to die in honor of your land. You have come to this town seeking knowledge about what may have happened, but more importantly, wishing to find a way back to where you began.

But as you enter this town, it seems strange and foreign. Even though you do not remember much about your previous life, you recognize that this is not anything like what you have seen before, causing you to walk with caution and wariness. Your mind is racing, and all you can think of is grabbing a drink.

Additional Features and Traits

  • Pledge of Loyalty (Arrival): You hold yourself with the highest honor capable of man: you pledge yourself to a kingdom you can no longer remember, that may no longer exist. Your undying devotion radiates when you speak of your cause. If you are ever in need, people will listen, because you have answered their cries before. You may soon find out how…
  • Glass Houses and Stones (Finesse): "He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone." You didn't throw first, but were the only able to fulfil the task at hand. For aiming true with a stone at a glass house, matching the frequency of the barrier perfectly, you demonstrated aptitude in your skills. You gain proficiency in "stones" as a weapon, and have the uncanny ability to always find a stone around you, as long as there is a glass structure nearby.
